<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><p>Accountable to perform all activities and processes of both the event evaluation and event management functions of all of QatarEnergy’s internal and external events at local, regional and international levels.&nbsp;</p><br><p>(event evaluation involves the assessment of all event proposals/requests at the&nbsp;strategic level to ascertain the strategic value of QatarEnergy’s participation in these events)<br>(event management involves the planning, organization and execution of all QatarEnergy approved events, including all management pre-approved events)<br>(events include exhibitions, conventions, meetings, functions, luncheon, townhall etc.)</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><ul><li>5 years of related experience, preferably in a major oil and gas company.</li><li>Excellent proficiencies in both English and Arabic languages (spoken and written).</li><li>Excellent and well-proven communication, diplomatic and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent and well-proven analytical and research capabilities coupled with&nbsp;very high level of work ethic, professionalism and organizing ability.</li></ul> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><p>Bachelor Degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Communication/Event&nbsp;Management or equivalent qualifications</p><br> </div>
