<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.</p> <p>The position is based in Centro Capital Doha by Rotana, Qatar.<br><br>As an Airport Greeter you are responsible to meet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:<br><br>• Ensure that the paging board is neat, clean and the guest information are written correctly<br>• Promote and maintain good working relation with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel’s<br>• Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of guest<br>• Expedite the guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas etc. are correct and have full and up to date knowledge of the visa procedures<br>• Liaise closely with the Visa Officer for visit visa application and the Visa Clerk for all typing required and translations where necessary<br>• Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service<br>• Display a paging board prominently to identify the guests arriving at the airport, according to established country legislation<br>• Carry the daily arrival and departure report in order to monitor guest movement</p> </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.</p> <p>This position is based at Centro Capital Doha in Doha, Qatar.<br><br>As a Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures and your role will include key responsibilities such as:<br><br>• Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately<br>• Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties<br>• Keep fire exits and stair ways clear of any obstruction<br>• Check and report any maintenance work required immediately<br>• Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways<br>• Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets<br>• Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal<br>• Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies<br>• Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet when necessary<br>• Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times<br>• Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom and corridors<br>• Inform valet service to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services</p> </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>We are currently looking for dynamic, and self-motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.</p> <p>This position is based at Centro Capital Doha by Rotana.</p> <p>As a Lifeguard you are responsible to monitor activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers, whereby your role will include key responsibilities as:<br><br>• Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas<br>• Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid<br>• Maintain order in swimming areas<br>• Determine the chlorine content and PH value of water, using water testing kit<br>• Conduct or officiate swimming meets and give swimming instructions<br>• Ensure the swimming pool is clean.<br>• Ensure the sun loungers are clean, in the correct position and in working order<br>• Regularly check the temperature of the pool to ensure they are at set standard<br>• Ensure the pool deck is clean and free of any debris during the operation<br>• Ensure that the umbrellas are fixed properly to their units<br>• Ensure that when the umbrellas are not in use, they are tied down for safety precautions<br>• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services<br>• Have full knowledge of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices</p> </div>
