The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with corporate and leisure accounts, while maximizing hotel occupancy, and market share.</span></span><span><span>The Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.</span></span></p><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><ul><li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Mandatory GCC hospitality sales experience, with strong knowledge of the Qatar and wider GCC market.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.</span></span></li></ul> </div>

The role handles front desk operations, guest inquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensures all guest requests are managed efficiently in line with Andaz and Hyatt service standards.</span></span></p><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><ul><li><span><span>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale or luxury hotel.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest relations, and hotel procedures.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera).</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.</span></span></li></ul> </div>
