Roles Objective: <br>Responsible for leading and managing the Legal Section to provide strategic legal advice and support to QNCC across all business operations, including cement manufacturing, quarry operations, construction projects, procurement, commercial transactions, corporate governance, litigation, arbitration, labor matters, and regulatory compliance. Accountable for safeguarding the Company's legal interests, mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting QNCC's strategic objectives.<br>Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: <br>STRATEGIC· Develop and implement the Legal Section strategy, objectives, policies, and procedures in alignment with QNCC's corporate strategy and governance framework.· Provide strategic legal advice to the CEO and Executive Management on matters affecting the Company's operations, investments, projects, and business objectives.· Establish and maintain an effective legal risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks.· Support major capital projects, plant expansions, quarry developments, and strategic initiatives by providing legal guidance and oversight.· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements, and industry best practices. Prepare and manage the Legal Section budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.<br>OPERATIONAL Legal Operations & Contract Management· Lead and supervise the provision of legal services across all QNCC operations.· Draft, review, negotiate, and manage all contracts, agreements, memoranda, tenders, procurement contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and commercial arrangements.· Provide legal support for major construction projects, engineering contracts, equipment supply contracts, maintenance agreements, and industrial service contracts.· Review and advise on tender documents, bid submissions, contract awards, variation orders, claims, and dispute resolution matters.· Manage litigation, arbitration, labor disputes, insurance claims, and regulatory investigations involving the Company.· Coordinate with external legal counsel and oversee the management of all external legal matters.· Provide legal advice relating to quarry operations, land use rights, environmental permits, mining activities, and governmental approvals.· Monitor developments in Qatar laws and regulations and advise management on their impact on the Company.· Review and approve legal documentation relating to corporate governance, board resolutions, shareholder matters, and regulatory filings.· Support investigations relating to employee misconduct, contractual breaches, fraud, and compliance violations.· Maintain legal records, contract registers, litigation records, and legal documentation systems.· Represent QNCC before courts, arbitration tribunals, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders when required.· Perform other related duties as needed upon request by the CEO.· Supervise and review the preparation of all necessary applications and documents for obtaining registrations, renewals, licenses, approvals, and completing incorporation formalities, and other legal/administrative procedures for the company.· Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure QNCC's compliance and provide guidance to management· Identify and manage legal risks to protect the interests of QNCC and minimize potential liabilities.<br>Educational Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.· Master’s degree in law (LL. M.), Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or a related field is preferred.· Admission to practice law and/or professional legal certification is preferred.<br>Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial legal position

The incumbent also manages Qatar medical license and hospital privileges for faculty members at WCM-Q.<br>Job Responsibilities Manages and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Clinical and Faculty Affairs team, ensuring continuity and completion of division’s activities. Manages the appointments, reappointments, promotions, and termination of the WCMC-Q and affiliate faculty within established time frames. Supports development of the annual plan, including budgeting, faculty salary benchmarking, and planning for events and activities hosted by the unit. Collaborates with the WCM- NY, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of appointment and promotion criteria, and sharing relevant updates and guidance within the team. Job Purpose<br><br>Support the Venture Business Division Manager in leading, coordinating, and assuring all Venture business activities, including: Communications and media, Governance and reporting, Stakeholder engagement.<br><br>Context<br><br>Lead execution of the Communications Strategy, ensuring consistent,<br><br>high-quality media delivery across all projects.<br><br>Support Venture Governance frameworks to enable timely decision making required to enable projects to progress according to plan.<br><br>Manage complex stakeholder environments across shareholders, leadership, and project teams.<br><br>Ensure standardized, accurate, and timely reporting across multiple projects.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br> Venture Communications Strategy; Lead the development and execution of an integrated Venture Communications Strategy aligned with business objectives. Venture Communications Execution; Plan and deliver multi-channel communication across internal, external, and digital media platforms. Ensure all key milestones and events are captured, documented, archived, and communicated effectively. Manage media platforms, audiences, and content distribution to maximize reach and impact. Ensure compliance with corporate communication protocols, confidentiality requirements, and contractual arrangements. Venture Multimedia Production; End-to-end creation and delivery of high-impact multimedia content for campaigns, leadership communications, digital channels, and events. Manage full production lifecycle: concept ? script ? storyboard ? production ? delivery. Deliver engaging visual storytelling through animation, motion graphics, and video. Oversee voice-over, audio production, and technical quality standards. Venture Multimedia Content Development Produce clear, engaging scripts and storyboards aligned with key messaging. Apply advanced production techniques including drone footage, interviews, and on-site filming. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and content quality. Venture Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Support; Support the Business Division Manager in coordinating and preparing for Steering Committees (Tech Com, ExCom), Project Leadership Team (PLT), and other key stakeholder meetings. Ensure delivery of high-quality presentations and pre-read materials to support decision-making. Facilitate structured stakeholder engagement to ensure timely approvals and project alignment. Manage PLT documentation, including agendas, pre-reads, and meeting minutes.in a structured and timely manner. Venture Governance Reporting & Communication; Lead coordination and standardisation of governance reporting. Ensure delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly (QPR), and ad-hoc reports to a high standard. Review and enhance reports for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and professional quality. Drive timely reporting aligned with governance and executive requirements. Leadership Support; Provide direct support to the Division Manager on strategic business and communication matters. Leadership Acting Responsibilities Act as delegate when required, representing the function in meetings and decision forums. Deliver additional responsibilities aligned with business priorities.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies,Mathematics, or Statistics<br><br>Knowledge<br><br>10 years experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/ service/vendor personnel.<br><br>Technical<br><br>Proficient in written and spoken English.<br><br> Advance proficviency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Power Point— advanced, Word, Excel) Experience in video production, animation, and multimedia design and management of digital content platforms Exposure to: AI-enabled media tools (Runway, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly) and demonstrated ability to rapidly adopt emerging technologies and digital tools. Ability to deal with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
