<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><br><br><p>Qureos is looking for a Treasury Manager - Cash Flow, SAP and Operations on contractual basis for a client based in Lusail, Qatar. Job Description<br><br>Reporting To: Project Director / Project Manager<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>The Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and executing all commissioning activities associated with a hyperscale data center project. This includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), ELV, BMS, and IT infrastructure systems from design review through Integrated Systems Testing (IST), client acceptance, and operational handover.<br><br>The role ensures compliance with project specifications, client standards, industry best practices, and commissioning procedures to deliver a fully operational and resilient facility.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 10-15 years of commissioning experience. Minimal post-handover operational defects.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Develop and execute the project Commissioning Strategy, Commissioning Plan, and turnover roadmap aligned with project milestones and client requirements. Lead commissioning activities across Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Controls, and mission-critical infrastructure systems from design review through final handover. Review design documents, sequences of operation, and control philosophies to ensure commissionability, reliability, maintainability, and compliance with hyperscale standards. Manage system readiness by verifying completion of construction, QA/QC inspections, ITPs, pre-functional checklists, and punch-list clearance activities. Oversee startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, MV/LV electrical systems, UPS, generators, batteries, and fuel systems. Direct commissioning of BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, CCTV, and network infrastructure systems. Plan and lead Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST), including failure scenarios, utility outages, and redundancy validation (N+1, 2N, and 2N+1). Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and operations teams, managing witness testing, approvals, and operational readiness reviews. Ensure preparation, review, and handover of all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, test reports, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, training records, and final commissioning reports. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance through enforcement of PTW/LOTO procedures and adherence to ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, Uptime Institute, and client-specific requirements.
Responsible for managing and growing relationships with large corporate and semi-government clients, driving financing, deposits, fee income and overall profitability while maintaining strong credit quality, regulatory compliance and Sharia principles.<br>The role combines relationship management, business development, corporate financing, credit analysis, financial structuring, portfolio management and risk management.<br>Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of large corporate and strategic clients as the primary relationship contact. Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers and senior decision-makers. Understand client businesses, financial needs and future funding requirements. Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews. Ensure high-quality service and effective internal coordination. Business Development Acquire new corporate and strategic clients and increase wallet share. Generate financing, deposits, trade finance, cash management and treasury opportunities. Corporate Finance & Structuring Strong experience in:Working Capital Finance Murabaha / Tawarruq Contract & Project Finance Real Estate Finance Trade Finance, LC & Bank Guarantees Syndicated Finance Acquisition / Corporate Finance Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Sharia, Treasury and Operations to structure and execute transactions. Credit & Risk Management Analyze financial statements, cash flows, leverage, liquidity and repayment capacity. Prepare credit proposals, renewals and annual reviews. Identify credit risks and recommend appropriate mitigants and security. Monitor portfolio performance, utilization, covenants, overdue facilities and early-warning indicators. Manage deteriorating accounts and ensure compliance with approved limits and conditions. Portfolio & Profitability Management Manage portfolio quality, revenue and overall relationship profitability. Monitor facility maturities, repayments, collateral, guarantees and documentation. Identify opportunities to increase financing, deposits, fees and wallet share. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting bank returns. Islamic Banking Strong preference for experience in Islamic corporate banking, particularly:Murabaha Tawarruq Ijarah Other Islamic financing structures Ability to coordinate with Sharia and internal stakeholders on complex transactions. Compliance & Stakeholder Management Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, AML/KYC, internal credit policies and Sharia requirements. Coordinate effectively with Credit/Risk, Trade Finance, Treasury, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Digital Banking. Manage transactions from origination through approval, documentation and execution.<br>Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.10–15 years of banking experience, with significant exposure to Corporate / Large Corporate Banking. Proven track record managing large corporate relationships and complex financing transactions. Strong credit analysis and credit proposal writing experience. Experience with large-ticket corporate financing, syndicated facilities, project finance, structured finance or real estate finance. Strong knowledge of corporate financial analysis, financial modelling, cash-flow analysis, corporate lending, trade finance, pricing and relationship profitability. Qatar/GCC banking experience strongly preferred. Islamic banking experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, commercial, presentation and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives. Preferred Background Candidates from Qatar/GCC banks, particularly Islamic banks, are strongly preferred.
