Job Summary:Department Manager is responsible of distribution and tasks allocation on the team based on their experience & work load. Manage projects from planning through execution and handover managing site operations, coordinate with technical office, factory teams and sub-contractors, ensure quality installation, deliver projects on time and within budget.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage the site inspections, measurements take off, and site surveys in tender stage. Corporate HSE Manager<br>Position Summary<br>The Corporate HSE Manager has to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety and Environment management systems across the organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic HSE leadership across multiple large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in QD-SBG while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and implement the corporate HSE strategy, policies, standards, and objectives across the organization. Monitor competitor developments and changes across the OTT market to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Support product delivery across i OS, Android, web, connected television and cloud-based platforms. Collaborate with commercial, marketing, customer service, content and operational teams to ensure product decisions support wider business objectives. Improve product processes, documentation and delivery practices to help the team move from idea to customer value more efficiently. Present product recommendations, performance updates and roadmap decisions to senior stakeholders. Explore how AI-enabled tools can improve product discovery, competitive intelligence, prototyping, analysis and day-to-day product workflows.<br>Experience Required Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership or a closely related role. Experience working within OTT, streaming, digital media, sports technology, entertainment, consumer technology or another high-traffic digital platform would be strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritisation, roadmapping, prototyping, delivery and post-launch optimisation. Demonstrable experience translating customer insight and performance data into improved digital experiences. Experience working closely with UX, design, engineering and analytics teams. Strong understanding of front-end customer journeys, usability, navigation and information architecture. Experience delivering products across mobile applications and web platforms. A practical understanding of how modern digital products are built, including the development lifecycle for i OS, Android, web and cloud-based applications. Experience creating or testing prototypes using modern product and design tools. Comfortable interpreting customer data, product analytics, conversion metrics and engagement trends.
