<br>The Finance Manager is a key middle-management leadership role responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of hotel operations. <p>The Sr. Project Manager is to provide planning, project design reviews, project management, construction management and other administrative duties as required by a USAF engineering contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar.</p><p>Essential Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide planning, project design reviews, project management, construction management and other administrative duties as required by the contract.</li><li>Provide oversight, manage and lead a team of 5 Project Managers as required.</li><li>Will assist with the development and maintenance of the Installation Development Plan (IDP), District Plans, and Component plans IAW DAFI 32-1015 or successor publications and guidance, Integrated Installation Planning, and the Integrated Installation Planning Playbook.</li><li>Provide site planning support services IAW DAFI 32-1015 and the Site Planning Playbook.</li><li>Will gather and document existing site conditions through the Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP) following the format provided by the Customer.</li><li>Provide IDP, District Plans, and Component plan updates to the Installation GeoBase office and be responsible for the accuracy of all planning datasets within the GeoBase program.</li><li>Will provide comprehensive project management and technical liaison services to support the Government across the entire lifecycle of a range of projects, including new construction, renovation, and improvement projects for real property facilities. <p>Deliver adoption of the end-to-end HR scope of Oracle Fusion HCM across a workforce of 3,000+ airport-based employees and 12,000+ contingent workers operating on a 24/7 shift model. Own the people-readiness outcome — connecting change management, communications, training coordination, and HR Operating Model transition into one integrated plan — and translate the program-level change framework into tailored engagement, adoption, and readiness activities that prepare organizational stakeholders for new systems, processes, and ways of working, measured against defined adoption, usability, and sentiment KPIs at go-live and Hypercare exit. Your Role:Guest Satisfaction:Ensure the delivery of brand promise, demonstrating and reinforcing Rosewood Hotels Group Culture and Brand Standard. Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to associates in other divisions as appropriate. Spends time in public areas observing associate-guest interaction and talking with guests, works through Department Heads to coach associates in guest service skills as necessary. Implements agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. Finance / Administration:Monitor the Beverage Cost to ensure it is in line with budget, prepare to take action for any variations. Ensure that the bar is running efficiently, including the correct stock levels for all areas, including the front and back of the house. Marketing:Fully operate within the Marketing & Communications parameters and fully support any marketing campaign set up to promote the bar. Operations:To have a full working knowledge of the bar floor plan / layout and all F&B offers. To have a full knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages To have a full knowledge of bar OS&E and drinks garnishes To have a full knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, presentations, items characteristics and prices Ensure that you know the daily occupancy rate of the hotel, the number of arrivals and departures, SAGs guests. Be familiar with all the services/characteristics and sites of interest/activities in the neighborhood, current or upcoming events in Doha (festivals, cultural events) to answer precisely to guest requests. Micros, Open Table, Knowcross & all other systems as required. Establish excellent rapport with guests in a professional manner. To ensure all associates are developing within the departmental training program. To ensure effective communication throughout the restaurant at all times. To take responsibility for correcting poor performance and taking disciplinary action in line with T&C guidelines and regulations. Take on all other responsibilities as outlined by the DOFB/ADOFB/Beverage Manager Prepare weekly schedules according to T&C directives and workforce forecasts.
