Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, coordinating daily assignments, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring that all cleaning and service standards are consistently maintained. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and other resort departments to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of guest requests and maintenance concerns.
