<p>Job Summary The Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor will supervise technical teams and day-to-day electromechanical maintenance activities , ensuring safe and effective operation and maintenance of building systems. Location: Qatar<br><br>Reports To: Lead E&I Planning<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Instrument Planner to provide maintenance planning support to the Asset Maintenance Team, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation for maintenance activities. The role is responsible for optimizing maintenance execution, improving equipment reliability, and supporting the safe and efficient operation for onshore facilities.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and execute maintenance plans in alignment with maintenance KPIs and operational objectives. Prepare detailed scopes of work for maintenance work orders and ensure readiness prior to execution. Review and allocate required resources, including manpower, materials, tools, equipment, contracts, and logistics support. Perform daily review of maintenance notifications and work orders to ensure planning accuracy, realistic completion timelines, and elimination of duplicate work requests. Ensure all costs related to maintenance activities are captured and approved within work orders. Maintain compliance with company maintenance standards, procedures, and policies. Raise and manage SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) requests related to incorrect or missing Bill of Materials (BOM) information. Prepare Material Return to Stock (MRS) documentation for surplus and unused materials. Coordinate monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) reviews and develop plans at least 12 weeks ahead of schedule. Maintain and update SAP PM task lists for routine and recurring maintenance activities. Support work order close-out activities, including Technical Completion (TECO) in SAP. The role ensures that maintenance teams have timely access to the required materials while maintaining accurate inventory records, minimizing stock shortages, and complying with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.</p><br><br><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and consumables against purchase orders and delivery notes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all received items are free from damage and meet company specifications.</p></li><li><p>Arrange and store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's ERP, CMMS, or inventory management system.</p></li><li><p>Issue materials, spare parts, and tools to maintenance personnel based on approved material requisitions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts and inventory audits.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper storage of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance materials.</p></li><li><p>Monitor shelf life and expiry dates of applicable consumables.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, transferred, and returned.</p></li><li><p>Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Vouchers (MIV), stock transfer documents, and inventory reports.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding material shortages, pending deliveries, and urgent purchase requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support maintenance supervisors in planning material requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance.</p></li></ul><br></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in Facilities Management, Maintenance, MEP, Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services.</p></li><li><p>Experience handling maintenance spare parts, tools, consumables, and technical inventory.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ERP, CMMS, or inventory management systems.</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Diploma or Certificate in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
