Job Summary and Purpose Handle and manage all activities related to seafarers’ professional development, career progression, and certification compliance.<br>Key Accountabilities:Training1. Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all seafarer ranks and roles.2. Maintain a training matrix covering STCW, company-mandated, and computer-based training (CBT).3. Nature of job is to work in the field that involves activities dealing with hot hydrocarbons, high noise area, toxic gases, high temperatures, and pressures, and sever weather conditions. High level of alertness is required to perform the job.
