Please see details below.<br><br>Title: Head of SHES<br><br>Start Date: ASAP (typically within 1 month notice)<br><br>Location: Onshore (Doha HQ/Qatar Site)<br><br>Working Schedule: 6 days per week / 8-10 hours per day or as per project requirement<br><br>Experience Required—<br><br>Key Job Accountabilities<br><br> Lead the Project SHES strategy and governance framework. Ensure compliance with client SHES Management System and regulatory requirements. Direct contractor SHES performance management and assurance programmes. Provide SHES leadership to Project Management and Operations. Lead strategic risk management and critical risk control verification. Approve Project SHES Plans, procedures and assurance programmes. Lead major incident investigations and organisational learning. Develop SHES capability, succession planning and leadership coaching. Drive workforce engagement, worker welfare and positive safety culture.
