<p>The Service Provider shall provide a cabin seat expertise service that shall include, but not limited to, the below described activities:</p><p>1. CABIN SURVEY</p><ul><li>Conduct cabin survey to identify operational defects related to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Support meet &amp; greet.</li><li>Analyze the spare parts listed in the aircraft logbooks and linked to the Aircraft Seats, this list shall be part of the daily activity report.</li><li>Implement an Action Item Log to follow-up in-service technical issues linked to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Take any action to prevent seat lockout (day to day activity).</li></ul><p>2. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE</p><ul><li>Assist Customer with detailed troubleshooting of the seats.</li><li>Guide and oversee the workshops with repair and refurbishment procedures.</li><li>Support working party by advising the Customer s Technicians or any third party appointed by Customer.</li><li>Meet with any Customer department involved in seats maintenance (including but not limited to line maintenance, engineering, purchasing, repair) in order to identify and follow-up any open issues.</li><li>Offer recommendation for seat routine maintenance, refurbishment and overhaul work packages.</li></ul><p>3. TRAINING</p><ul><li>Organize cabin crew training courses.</li><li>Deliver On-Job Trainings (OJT) to Customer s technicians.</li><li>These trainings shall focus on troubleshooting instructions, equipment maintainability recommendations, line &amp; workshop maintenance, answering to any question Customer technicians shall have.</li></ul><p>4. TECHNICAL EVENTS MONITORING</p><ul><li>Fill and submit an Equipment Event Follow-up Form for each operational defect related to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Follow-up Reliability of Customer products in service, including providing feedback reports.</li><li>Provide regular activity reports to the defined stakeholders.</li><li>Collect feedback from Customer on delivered Support such as, but not limited to, Seat reliability, Support performance delivery, etc.</li></ul><p>5. SERVICE ASSISTANCE</p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze spare parts consumed by Customer from the consignment stock.</li><li>This activity includes physical inventory once a month with delivery of inventory report.</li></ul><p>6. COMMERCIAL ASSISTANCE</p><ul><li>Contribute to Customer satisfaction</li><li>Promote Customer Support Services, Spares and Repairs capabilities to Customer</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering or Systems or Design Engineer</p><p>Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering or Systems or Design Engineer</p><p>Experience in Aviation Seats.</p><p>Desirable knowledge of A321 business class seats.</p><p>Desirable knowledge of Arabic</p><p>Proficiency in English.</p><p>Computer skills - desirable.</p><p>Good communication skills.</p><p>Customer and problem solving oriented.</p>
