Job Description<br><br>The Information Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting information systems that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across information systems. Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br> QUALIFICATIONS <br><br>Education<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.<br><br>Experience<br><br> 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, application support, or related IT roles. Experience with ERP systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects is preferred.<br><br>Technical Skills<br><br> Knowledge of information systems lifecycle management. <p>The Valet Parking Attendant forms part of the Rooms Division and assists in the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience of the hotel.</p>
<p>A valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure.</p>
<p>The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.</p>

Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis in full compliance with LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards. Operate the ironing and folder machines according to specifications. While processing cleaned articles through the machines, check the cleanliness and condition of each; separate damaged/stained articles. Fold cleaned articles and stack into designated amounts by type and size. Place stacks in specified carts for distribution. Replenish F&B closets with clean linens on a daily basis. Maintaining the guest laundry quality and laundry slip up to the departmental standards. Document and process guest requests for laundry, dry cleaning and pressing of garments, hotel uniforms and designated management garments in accordance with departmental specifications. Operate laundry machinery such as washers, driers and ironers. Load articles into machinery and ensure correct cleaning agents & detergents. Sort dried articles according to type e.g. separate white cloth and colorful cloth. Process and finish garments according to garment labels. Separate stained/damaged hotel uniforms and determine status for repair, recleaning or discard; maintain continuous inventory of discard uniforms. Place finished wet cleaning garments in designated areas for distribution. Maintain accurate poundage records of dry cleaning and laundry according to departmental procedures. Maintain accurate piece count of iron, towel, and pillows. Report faulty equipment, damaged garments/linens, shortages, maintenance needs, safety hazards and problems to supervisor. Remove lint and debris from drains, dryer filters and change filters as specified in departmental procedures. Clean the lint trap compartment of the Dryer Machine before starting the operation and as often as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout shift. Transport trash containers to dumpster, empty and clean according to standards. Adhere to recycling procedures. Breakdown and clean work areas/equipment according to departmental standards. Use designated chemicals, supplies and equipment to clean the laundry room floor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply/storage closets in accordance with departmental procedures. Restock work areas for next shift as assigned. Wax iron/towel folder twice daily or as needed. Linen, supplies, equipment inventory on monthly basis and to be maintained together with Laundry Supervisor and Laundry Manager. Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow associates.<br>Standard Responsibilities Comply and adhere to the Rosewood company policies. Take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework. Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained. Model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
