Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Project Controls to join our organization in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all project controls functions for major airport development and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Job Summary<br><br>To ensure upkeep of operational soundness of a branch in conjunction with the strategic objectives of obtaining satisfactory audit ratings by complying to Bank SOPs & QCB regulations.<br><br>Provide the necessary Operational support to the team to ensure a high level of service delivery efficiency resulting in to enhanced Client experience.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Branch Management<br><br> Ensure efficiency in branch operations that supports the Client experience objective<br><br> Ensure continued compliance with operating procedures, policies, process flows and service level agreements by carrying out random spot checks. Coordinate with branches, departments, and risk management with regard to referrals<br><br> Ensure the control function checklists are completed daily by jobholder and his/her subordinates Ensure completion of all financial and non-financial transactions/amendments passed during the day and approve/reject documents forwarded via documented scanner<br><br> Responsible for premises issues and
