Lead a team of Underwriting Managers, Assistant Underwriting Manager, Underwriting officers in day-to-day supervision and mentoring on the department’s underwriting operations. Maintain, manage and develop relationships with new/existing corporate clients and brokers in Property, Engineering, Casualty and General Accident insurance products to achieve stickiness, business retention, profitable growth and superior service delivery. Job responsibility includes liaising with various cross functional departments viz. reinsurance, claims, actuarial, finance, accounts, legal, compliance for smooth running of the business. Ideal candidate is expected to have very good relationship in the reinsurance markets with leading reinsurance brokers and underwriters in London, DIFC and Singapore which would facilitate to obtain competitive reinsurance terms and placement support. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Performs scheduled/unscheduled maintenance in accordance with Job Plans.
