Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Provide daily process optimization support to monitor the performance of process and utility systems and equipment, ensuring production targets and product specifications are met. Offer suitable recommendations to operations in the event of deviations. Assess and validate chemical performance through systematic evaluation and identify new chemicals for improvement by coordinating with chemical suppliers. Chair the Panel Review Meeting for all Technical MoC and evaluate all the proposals for process improvements and classify them either as In-house project under Dukhan Operation, RES or Project Initiation Note (PIN) for VP project, based on initial screening. Evaluate proven and new processes and technologies for operation, maintenance, or HSE improvements through projects and field trials, as required. Provide process engineering support for FEED and EPIC projects. Prepare and review project deliverables such as HMB, PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, process descriptions, and line lists for process and utility systems. Define and review operating and integrity envelope philosophy for both process & utilities systems, including operating modes such as: normal steady state, transient (i.e. start‐up, shutdown, upset), pressure‐relief, etc.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>10 to 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry with a minimum 8 years working in the position of Senior Process Engineer. Job Summary:As a senior engineer, should be the first responsible person in charge of control discipline cost,quality and engineering progress, responsible for support procurement related activities. Developing the discipline implementation strategy, execution plan, interface management, report to COOEC counterpart and COOEC PMT Quarterly. Discipline Progress tracking and Controlling Tracking discipline progress (including 3D model, discipline specialist study and deliverable ) and control the negative variance below 3%. Detail analysis report should be submit to COOEC PMT if discipline deliverable progress exceed 3%. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pavement Data Collection / Processing Engineer to join their growing team. This is a key role responsible for processing, validating, and quality checking pavement condition data while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and technical excellence across pavement survey projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, validate, and analyze pavement condition data collected from automated survey systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Perform QA/QC reviews of pavement data, identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and maintain high-quality documentation throughout project delivery.
- Conduct pavement condition assessments, evaluate pavement distresses, and support pavement asset management in accordance with ASTM D6433, LTPP, and PCI standards.
- Utilize LCMS-2, ROMDAS, Data View, PMS, and GIS platforms (ArcGIS/QGIS) to process, manage, and visualize pavement survey data.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare technical reports, provide project updates, and support the successful delivery of pavement engineering projects.</p><p>-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Pavement Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline

Review purchase requisition for inspection and certification requirements, technical bid evaluation, appointment of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) inspectors and ensuring the inspection of material receiving at warehouse.<br>Analyse and review all critical repair instructions including Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and QA/QC reports that are generated by QA/QC inspectors and engineers, listing alternative testing and inspection methods as applicable for repair or modification.<br>Participate and provide necessary inputs for startup readiness, lessons learnt, Formal Risk Assessment (FRA), Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) from QA/QC perspective.<br>Provide technical input on the Scope of Work (SOW) for maintenance contracts related to repair and modification works, participating in Technical Bid evaluations for the contracts, reviewing all Contractor documents and ensuring compliance to QA/QC requirements. <br>Coordinate and perform technical audits as requested on suppliers’ and contractors’ Quality Management Systems, providing technical evaluation and recommendation, conducting follow up for the observations and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Handover Gate & Onboarding: Act as the technical gatekeeper during the formal transition from Delivery to Maintenance. Tiered SLA & Incident Management: Own technical response and resolution targets across multi-tiered service models (from Business-Hours Essential to 24/7 Mission-Critical).
