<p>Logistics Manager FMCG / Beverages Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverage Function: Logistics & Warehousing Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for a growing FMCG and beverage business in Doha, Qatar . The role will have overall responsibility for managing three warehouses , ensuring efficient inventory management, storage, dispatch, transportation, and distribution of products while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience from the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry . Prior experience of working for a beverage company is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the business. Manage and oversee operations across 3-4 warehouses , covering receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch, and stock control. Ensure optimal warehouse utilisation, inventory accuracy, product availability, and efficient stock movement. Plan and manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Develop delivery schedules and optimise routes, fleet utilisation, and transportation capacity. Manage relationships with transporters, third-party logistics providers, and other external logistics partners. Monitor key logistics and warehouse KPIs, including OTIF, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, fleet utilisation, order fulfilment, and logistics costs . Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure seamless product availability and distribution. Implement appropriate stock rotation and inventory management practices, including FIFO/FEFO where applicable. Establish and maintain warehouse SOPs, operational controls, safety standards, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, transportation efficiency, service levels, and logistics costs. Lead, manage, and develop warehouse and logistics teams across the three locations. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable Qatar regulations. Manage logistics budgets and monitor operating costs. Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with insights on logistics performance and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>8 15 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management. Strong experience within , Food & Beverage, food manufacturing, beverages, bottled water, dairy, etc/ . Proven experience managing multiple warehouses , ideally with responsibility for three or more locations. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, distribution, and order fulfilment. Experience managing both internal logistics teams and external transport/3PL partners. Exposure to high-volume, fast-moving distribution environments is preferred. Strong commercial understanding of logistics costs and operational efficiency. Experience with ERP/WMS and logistics management systems. Job Summary
