Chief Executive Officer – Trading<br>We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer – Trading to lead and grow our trading business across regional and international markets. The role will be responsible for setting the overall trading strategy, driving profitable business performance, managing risk, and ensuring strong governance and compliance across all trading activities. The CEO will work closely with senior leadership, the Board, trading teams, finance, risk, legal, supply chain, and operations to achieve the company’s commercial and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the overall strategy and growth of the trading business across global and regional markets. Role Objective:The job holder will support the International Compliance & AML team and collaborate with Compliance teams across overseas branches to promote adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and internal policies and procedures in Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, and India. The incumbent will assist in coordinating compliance and AML/CFT inspections, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, and supporting the timely preparation, review, and submission of required regulatory and management reports. The role will contribute to identifying and escalating compliance issues, breaches, and recurring observations in line with approved inspection plans and regulatory expectations. The job holder will also support the administration and execution of the Bank’s Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), and Sanctions programs, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicable laws governing the Bank’s overseas operations.<br>Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:OPERATIONALInternational Compliance Support in formulation and implementation of Compliance and AML/CFT inspection plans and compliance programs for the overseas branches with proper tracking and escalations where required. Work closely with the Overseas Compliance team in evaluating the effectiveness/adequacy of available systems, policies and internal controls to mitigate Compliance/regulatory and AML/CFT risks. Liaise with the Overseas Compliance team to ensure timely submission of records in coordination with the relevant teams on account of central bank Inspection reports follow ups, action plan and ensure rectifications as identified by the local regulator / QCB. Observe existing violations, if any, and update the reporting authorities with suggestions/recommendations to avoid further recurrence. Ensure completion and submission of all periodic reports to the respective stakeholders, in compliance with local regulations and procedural requirements, in a timely manner. Work closely with the overseas Compliance team in adherence to internal compliance mandates and ensure timely resolution of issues, as identified. Support in the annual exercise of sending Due Diligence AML Questionnaire (Outgoing) for all Exchange Companies in coordination with the overseas branches and ensure that the responses are reviewed timely and highlighting any alarming observations/gaps with the respective stakeholders for taking necessary actions. Contribute towards imparting specific internal training to the respective stakeholders as per regulatory and policy/procedures requirements for clear understanding of various regulatory guidelines, related procedural mandates, updates /changes, as applicable pertaining to Compliance and AML/CFT. Contribute towards and support in timely review/gap analysis of International Compliance & AML / CFT policies and procedures in line with QCB AML/CFT Instructions, guidelines, Qatar AML/CFT Law, and local regulatory AML/CFT Laws, guidelines and local AML/CFT regulatory instructions to ensure that most stringent ones are implemented and taking necessary actions, in close coordination with the Chief Compliance Officer. Liaise with the Compliance teams in overseas branches and External Consultants to source required information in support of HO level efforts/exercises (e.g. Annual Risk assessment-EWRA, AML/CFT Review etc.) and ensure end to end completion of the exercise and resolution of observations (if any). Ensure continuous follow-up with the respective stakeholders to rectify all outstanding issues/ observations as per the approved annual inspection plan and keep the International Compliance & AML team and Chief Compliance Officer well informed for the status. Cascade and guide the respective teams on region specific directives related to Compliance and AML/CFT, as applicable. Support in review, investigation, and root cause analysis on significant occurrences (gaps)/compliance incidents data and trends that adversely impact the pre-established compliance regulatory standards and ensure implementation of corrective action through collaborative efforts to avoid further recurrence, in coordination with the respective teams. Ensure complete adherence of the Compliance Control and AML/ CFT operational activities in Overseas branches to Doha Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, Netreveal Process Management Procedures and Compliance & AML/CFT Policy /Procedures by self/team. Support in implementation of yearly inspection plans, including but not limited to pre-inspection, on-field inspection, and post-inspection plans, in line with the approved plans. Support the Overseas Compliance team /respective branch staff to ensure prompt gathering /documenting of relevant information and ongoing data to meet regulatory requirements. Ensure delivery of necessary coordination/ administrative support to the Regulatory representatives to meet inspection requirements. Ensure preparation/review of periodic reports/ inquiries received, for prompt submission to the regulatory bodies, as applicable in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of all reports related to overseas branches required by QCB. Oversee reviewing new products in terms of Compliance and AML/CFT and highlighting the gaps officially to the stakeholders of Overseas Branches concerned. Support in preparation, review and prompt submission of inspection reports related to overseas branches for onward submission to HO for presenting in the Audit, Compliance and Risk Committee by the Chief Compliance Officer. Support in QCB Reviews related to Overseas branches in coordination with Chief Compliance Officer. Handle and/or support in any other projects/assignments, as assigned by the Department Head - International Compliance & AML / Chief Compliance Officer. Maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professional conduct, ethics and integrity in the provision of services in the unit. Follow the audit, compliance and procedural control measures set by the management.<br>Educational Qualifications:University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or Economics or any other related discipline. Experience:5 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Job Title <br>Logistics Officer<br><br>Job Scope <br></span><p><span>The Logistics Officer&nbsp;is accountable&nbsp;for o</span><span>verseeing the inbound&nbsp;and outbound&nbsp;operations and</span><span>&nbsp;inventory management.&nbsp;S/He&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods.</span></p><br><br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities <br><p>Control the reception of merchandise to the warehouse and follow up on inventory levels and damaged goods if any; perform purchase transaction and share forwarder invoices with finance team.&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Manage outbound activities for customer orders;&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT);&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination; </p><br> <p>Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis; </p><br> <p>Cooperate with the service and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments;&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality;&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership;&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system and ERP;&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Perform monthly stock audits; timely transactions in ERP and CRM&nbsp;</p><br> <p>Coordinate with the planning, finance, service and credit teams for invoicing customer orders; </p><br><br><br>Position Requirements <br><br>Education <br><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field</p><br><br><br>Experience <br><p>3 to 5 years of relevant experience</p><br> <p>#LI-DNI</p><br><br><br><br> </div>

Design and formulate drills and exercises within the community to develop individual and team competencies to the benefit of the industrial cities community and within a safe working environment.<br><br>Direct the on-station watch in the performance of routine and non-routine duties, including emergency operations, exercises, drills, emergency vehicle operation and preparedness activities.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Successfully completed Basic Fire Fighter 1 & 2 (NFPA 1001) & Breathing Apparatus Wearer course. Successfully completed NFPA 1041 Fire Instructor 1 & NFPA Fire Officer 1 & 2Qualified First Aider to first responder (CPR with AED) level. Minimum 7 years as a Fire-Fighter or equivalent in a commercial or industrial Fire-Fighter environment, civil, or military fire service or three years as leading fire-fighter in QP. Possess a valid driving License - preferably Heavy Vehicle. Technical skills -- must be able to use broad range of modern equipment for firefighting and rescue. The ability to rapidly information on arrival at an incident in conditions may be dangerous and confusing and accordingly dictate instructions to the on-scene crews.
