You will work closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, Operations Efficiency, WFM, Dev Ops and engineering teams to deliver reliable data pipelines, scalable models, internal tools, and clear insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.<br><br>You are comfortable switching between engineering work (pipelines, data models, internal services, tooling, optimization) and analytics work (business questions, dashboards, deep‑dive analysis). At Staff level, define and drive the roadmap for key CEG data tools and platforms, ensuring reuse across regions, lines of business, and channels.<br><br>Data Analytics & Business Impact<br><br>Partner with CEG product and business teams to translate questions into data problems and design clear analytic approaches. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., contact volumes, handling time, quality, customer outcomes, agent performance, spot alerts) that provide reliable metrics and self‑service access to data. Perform deep‑dive analysis to understand trends in contact patterns, customer issues, agent performance, and operational efficiency; identify root causes and propose practical, data‑driven recommendations. Define and maintain metrics and KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality scores), ensuring consistent definitions across CEG teams and tools. We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Engineer with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with business development, making it ideal for professionals who can confidently engage with clients, understand technical project requirements, and convert opportunities into successful business relationships. The successful candidate will represent the company to consultants, contractors, developers, and clients while promoting our contracting, fit-out, manufacturing, and facility management solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and engineering sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project owners. Promote the company's services, project portfolio, technical capabilities, and completed projects to prospective clients. Review architectural, civil, and tender drawings to understand project requirements and identify potential business opportunities. Interpret technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and project scopes. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote company solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams. Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand the company's market presence. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project handover after award. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.<br>Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales within the construction, contracting, fit-out, or engineering industry. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation. Good understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes. Experience presenting company profiles, portfolios, technical capabilities, and completed projects. Existing network of consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and project stakeholders is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset. Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to experienced female candidates with a proven background in construction, fit-out, or engineering sales.
