Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Provide technical design and engineering services in Technical HSE Engineering for all assigned projects. Ensure technical quality in line with Qatar Energy procedures, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, cost, and HSE compliance.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Conduct Technical HSE Engineering activities and in-house site surveys from concept through FEED, detailed design, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy’s technical assurance practices, engineering standards, and HSE policies. Review and assess technical deviations and variations from approved codes and standards. Support the Engineering Department in reviewing and updating Qatar Energy standards and amendments to external standards. Plan and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely and quality technical service delivery. Job Overview<p>A leading organization is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental operations across a large-scale facilities management contract.
