<p>Analyze and configure the basic structural components of a building or other structure for ensuring the quality of design.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to review the design criteria (basic structural components, geotechnical properties, wind loads, seismic loads, loads, fire protection ….) and ensure adequacy of design.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to analyze the structural elements to ensure the quality of the design.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to analyze and review the loading plan and ensure compliance with codes and the project operational purpose.</p><br>

<p><br></p><p>About the Role We are looking for a Site Architect to work under the Programme Management Business Group, providing project management and construction supervision services. The Site Architect will assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in administering the day-to-day operational activities of the project. The role will include the review and processing of architectural submittals by contractors, including design documents, prequalification submissions, material proposals, shop drawings, method statements, construction drawings, RFIs and as-built documentation. The Site Architect will also undertake site inspections and continuous surveillance of assigned architectural and interior works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, quality requirements, construction schedules, and health and safety requirements. Non-conformances shall be documented, and the Site Architect may participate in identifying and implementing appropriate resolutions.</p><p>Responsibilities Lead architectural coordination with other disciplines and support the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in performing contractual duties on site. Assist with the processing of contract documents and contract administration activities related to architectural works. Develop, modify, review, correct and update architectural production drawings, construction documents and design information, as required. Advise the Project Manager on technical matters relating to architectural and interior works that may affect construction progress, quality, cost, safety or programme. Review and process architectural shop drawings, technical submittmitsal, material proposals, prequalification submissions, method statements, RFIs, as-built drawings and other construction submissions from project inception through close-out using Rivit / BIM is mandatory. Review contractor shop drawings against the approved design and tender drawings (BIM model) to verify clash free compliance with the design intent, specifications and project requirements, and provide appropriate recommendations or comments. Review proposed architectural materials and subcontractors from a technical standpoint and advise the Project Manager on their suitability and compliance. Provide practical resolutions to architectural and multidisciplinary technical issues and coordinate the implementation of agreed solutions to maintain progress on site. Monitor architectural and interior works, including finishes, fit-out works and associated interfaces, for compliance with approved documents, quality standards and contractual requirements. Undertake site observations, work inspections and material inspections to verify the contractor s compliance with approved shop drawings, consultant specifications, good construction practice, programme requirements, and health and safety procedures. Monitor procurement and delivery of architectural materials to support timely execution of construction activities. Lead and coordinate architectural snagging and de-snagging activities to support completion and handover. Attend project, progress, coordination and technical meetings as directed by the Project Manager and prepare draft site or engineer s instructions when required. Provide technical input to the Project Manager regarding architectural variations and related contractor claims. Oversee architects and inspectors responsible for architectural works and verify that construction and installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control requirements. Apply and monitor project quality control procedures for construction supervision activities and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with construction management to identify and eliminate hazards associated with architectural works that may affect the environment or the health and safety of personnel. Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to confirm that the latest revisions are being used and that works are technically executed correctly. Minimum of 12 years of postgraduate experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design review and construction supervision on large projects. Job Description<br><br>The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring cyber security solutions triaging alerts to enable swift responses to incidents and the improved effectiveness and efficiency of detectors. The successful candidate will have a good technical knowledge of cyber systems and an interest in becoming an expert in cyber security. They should possess a good knowledge of different technologies and maintain an awareness of latest threats within industry.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Monitor and analyze cybersecurity alerts and events to identify potential threats and security incidents. Triage alerts and create or update cases in the case management system to document triggered alarms and detected threats. Ensure all case information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Notify customers of security incidents and required mitigation actions, and support incident response throughout all phases of the incident management process in accordance with SOC procedures. Follow up on notifications, requests for information, and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution. Escalate incidents to Senior Analysts for further analysis and guidance, when required. Track and update cases and service requests based on new information, analysis, and stakeholder feedback. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Support Senior Analysts in preparing Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and developing ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure SOC operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, and services to improve SOC operations and continuously deliver value to customers.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Strong willingness to learn about various security technologies and understand how security operations are conducted. Genuine interest in information security and a commitment to developing a career in the cybersecurity domain. Reliable, responsible, and strong work ethic. Well-developed logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze security cases. Willingness and ability to work in a shift-based schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good understanding of TCP/IP network traffic and event log analysis. Good understanding of operating systems, network architecture, and common system design principles. Understanding of general cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, exploits, and appropriate mitigation techniques.<br><br>Educational Qualifications<br><br>Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. One or more relevant industry certifications is preferred.<br><br>Desirable Experience & Certifications<br><br>Familiarity with and experience working within the region. Experience working with a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) or Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider. Experience working in a continuous 24/7 operations environment. Familiarity and hands-on experience with multiple SIEM and EDR solutions.
