<p>To support the continued development and operations of the company, we are looking to fill the position of <strong>Senior Back Office Sales Coordinator</strong> within the <strong>Sales Department</strong>.</p>
<p> <strong>GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ROLE</strong> </p>
<p>The Senior Back Office Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Sales function.</p>
<p>The role manages the sales process from the receipt of customer inquiries through quotation and tender preparation, order processing, delivery coordination, payment follow-up, document control, and after-sales support.</p>
<p>The position works closely with Front Office Sales, customers, and internal departments to ensure that commercial activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.</p>
<p> <strong>MAKING AN IMPACT</strong> </p>

<p>Review customer technical specifications and prepare Sales Inquiry Sheets for submission to the Technical Department.</p>

<p>Coordinate with Finance on price-list updates and prepare commercial offers with all required supporting documents.</p>

<p>Ensure that bids, estimates, quotations, and tenders are complete, accurate, properly documented, and submitted on time.</p>

<p>Prepare customer qualification files, vendor-registration documents, brochures, and other commercial documentation.</p>

<p>Coordinate document-control activities for customer inquiries, tenders, contracts, sales orders, and project correspondence.</p>

<p>Ensure proper document filing, version control, traceability, confidentiality, and timely retrieval.</p>

<p>Collect and analyze the reasons for quotations and tenders being won or lost.</p>

<p>Prepare relevant commercial reports and provide feedback to the Sales team.</p>

<p>Use sales tools and systems effectively to record, monitor, and track opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer commitments.</p>

<p>The Senior Munitions Inspector is the technical expert and advisor for the USAF Munitions Surveillance Program (MSP). Appointed as the focal point for managing all of the Department's MSP and inspector's qualification/certification program, as addressed in DAFMAN 21-201. Also performs surveillance inspections of munitions to determine and identify serviceability, potential hazards and possible deterioration. This may include measuring, observing, inspecting, testing, analyzing, classifying and recording inspection results of inspections in the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS). Please see details below.<br><br>Title: <strong>Engineering Lead (Corrosion)<br><br></strong>Start Date: ASAP (typically within 1 month notice)<br><br>Location: Qatar Onshore - Ras Laffan<br><br>Working Schedule: 6 days per week / 8-10 hours per day or as per project requirement<br><br><ul><li>Experience Required—<br><br></li></ul>Key Job Accountabilities<br><br><ul><li> Provides Corrosion engineering knowledge, design, quality assurance, leadership and expertise in accordance with project deliverables and approved execution schedule.</li><li> Lead Corrosion engineering discipline activities and contribute to the project department strategy and goals, including Field Engineering activities.</li><li> Lead technical activities through interactions with the project owner, shareholder, facilities owner, contractors, vendors, consultants.</li><li> Support the engineering team of external organizations, entities appointed representatives to ensure engineering design addresses each companies’ expectations consistent with client and Project’s objectives.</li><li> Evaluate complex tasks and provide appropriate recommendations to management on MP Onshore issues. Provide support to other disciplines and contribute to other multi-disciplinary tasks.</li><li> Develop, introduce and maintain best practices, Lessons Learned, systems and software tools that will continuously improve execution of the projects and optimize cost effective implementation activities.</li><li> Ensures compliance with client systems and processes including the client Project Management System and maintains support and adoption of all processes. Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of projects.</li><li> Participate in contracting and procurement activities to ensure technical requirements are met from pre-qualification, preparation of bid invitations and requests for quotation, bidding, evaluations, contract execution and performance, and contract(s) close-out.</li><li> Monitors and provides necessary guidance to the EPC Contractor(s) and all 3rd Party Services throughout the project phases. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Hygiene Engineer to lead workplace exposure assessments and industrial hygiene risk management activities for a major Oil & Gas operation. This role combines hands-on technical execution (robotics, digital billboards, IoT edge devices) with creative innovation to brainstorm and prototype new physical AI use cases. Working in close collaboration with external vendors and internal engineering teams, the specialist will support the entire lifecycle of physical AI solutions from initial concept to live site deployment.</p><br><br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></u>
<br><p>Coordinate and execute high-quality data collection, annotation, and preprocessing workflows to support the training of computer vision, NLP, and robotics models.</p><br>
<p>Support the physical installation, setup, and calibration of AI-enabled hardware, including digital billboards, edge compute nodes, camera networks, sensors, and robotic assets.</p><br>
<p>Monitor operational uptime and system health of deployed physical AI installations, performing first-line troubleshooting and escalating bugs to engineering teams.</p><br>
<p>Collaborate closely with technology vendors and hardware suppliers to coordinate deployments, test integrations, and ensure rapid resolution of hardware-software conflicts.</p><br>
