<ul>
<li>Monitor, control and report Contractor's performance, man-power deployment, plant and equipment's movements, construction slippages etc.</li>
<li>Conduct daily and weekly meeting with Contractors involving all discipline supervisors, QA/QC Inspectors and HSE advisors and address/resolve issues hindering progress.</li>
<li>Act as the construction Risk Management representative to identify Construction Risk events, the effects & consequences, propose mitigation measures and take ownership to ensure mitigation measures have been implemented at site.</li>
<li>Review and forward to management daily and weekly construction progress reports for assigned projects and verify contractor's progress statements for accuracy.</li>
<li>Liaise with senior discipline engineers throughout all phases of the project for all construction related matters including inputs during the detailed engineering and procurement stages.</li>
<li>Participate in reviewing detailed design drawings, method statements, material requisitions, material receipt inspection etc.</li>
<li>Review contractors' construction plans, schedules, method statements, procedures including offshore logistics.</li>
<li>Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including material, work and testing inspections in fabrication yard, material submissions and working drawings from contractor and processing documentation as required.</li>
<li>Check and ensure that all construction works are completed in accordance with approved standards and consistent with contract specifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate the MCC walk through, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with contractor, vendors and end users.</li>
<li>Maintain a daily record of progress noting special comments. Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Monitor and control of Company work permits to ensure that contractor compliance with conditions fixed on consolidated work permits.</li>
<li>Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to offshore sites following the contract award.</li>
<li>Interact and interface with other contractors, projects, departments regularly to identify and resolve all construction related matters especially liaison with Production and Maintenance departments.</li>
<li>Under the general supervision of Head, Construction; initiate decisions on the project issues within the framework of respective contract documents, Company Procedures/guidelines, in close coordinate and concurrence with the project team.</li>
<li>Takes responsibility for all matters outside of normal Company working hours during construction phases of the project.</li>
<li>Accountable for efficiently managing site construction activities leading to construction, pre-commissioning in accordance with Company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Alert PMT of anticipated construction slippage and provide inputs for corrective actions and implement as required.</li>

<li>Higher National Diploma (HND), Diploma in Diploma in Instrumentation and/or Electrical and/or Mechanical from a recognized University with extensive commissioning experience of Oil & Gas projects. Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict resolution.</li>
<li>A minimum of eight to ten (10 to 12) years' experience in relevant construction and installation activities in projects of oil & gas industry.</li>
<li>Experience in and steel structure installation and commissioning of Offshore Projects.</li>
<li>Good knowledge in piping and mechanical installation and commissioning.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of lifting activities to assess the lifting plan and lifting operation.</li>
<li>Experienced in the implementation of construction industry best practices, system, processes and standards.</li>
<li>Understanding of construction techniques for various types of work especially the construction and commissioning activities in Green, brown fields and Well Head Jackets.</li>

Ensure clear alignment between strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and execution priorities.<br>Consultant & Vendor Management Support the procurement, selection, and onboarding of external consultants, including those responsible for Business Requirements definition and transformation delivery. Define scopes of work, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria for consulting engagements. Act as central coordination point for consultants, ensuring consistency of outputs, avoidance of duplication, and adherence to program standards. Monitor consultant performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and budgets.<br>Business Requirements & Delivery Oversight Oversee the development of Business Requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, prioritized, traceable to strategy, and suitable for downstream implementation. Coordinate inputs from business, operations, compliance, risk, technology, and investment teams. Ensure dependencies between requirements, operating model changes, and implementation phases are clearly identified and managed.<br>Stakeholder & Executive Reporting Produce concise, decision-ready reporting for senior management and program governance forums. Facilitate program steering committees, design authorities, and executive checkpoints. Act as a trusted interface between sponsors, business leads, consultants, and delivery teams. Education/Experience Requirements:- Bachelor degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank / IT Operation fields of which at least 5 to 6 years in bank in a Supervisory capacity in responsibilities relating to project management ;products knowledge ; Operation and business excellence<br>Required Special Skills:<br>- Efficient planning and co-ordination skills, which are necessary to effectively prioritize the projects and to achieve the targeted schedule. Knowledge of project management techniques/tools and methodologies.- Previous experience in working with banking applications, payment systems and Policy and Procedure.- Good understanding of Home Banking, ATM Management systems, Card Management system; Foreign Trade ;Treasury products and any other Operation product.- Problem solving/ decision making skills.- Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.- Operations Management skills (capacity planning, project management, performance management, MIS and budgets).- Evident and proven ability to provide superior customer service.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.- Excellent coaching skills. - In-depth understanding of relevant processes and applicable standards.- Strong analytical and planning skills.- Ability to manage multiple project priorities at the same time.- Leadership skills; demonstrated ability to effectively motivate, organize and empower personnel.- Study all existing products and suggest best practice to minimize Risk; increase- Automation and improve productivity and income as per Market behaviour. - Lead teams for any system testing; UAT and go life and Products enhance- Well-versed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology- Expertise in project implementation/full project life-cycle
