Ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements across the facility. Lead, manage and develop the direct reports within the FM Managing Agent team. Review team knowledge, skills and competencies, identifying targeted development opportunities. Prepare and present regular performance reports, KPIs and management dashboards to stakeholders. <br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or managing agent role. Technical Knowledge: Strong command of hard and soft FM services, building systems, contract management, budget control and asset management. Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams, service providers and complex FM operations. Certifications: A recognized FM certification (e.g., IFMA FMP, RICS, or equivalent) is preferred.
