<li>Assisting the SHES Lead Installation and HUC in implementing the Project Health, Safety, Environment & Security (SHES) plans, and for ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor's HSES Management System at Contractor Brownfield & Hook Up and Commissioning (HUC) scope of work.</li>

<li>Identify and control project risks using risk assessments, Method Statements, and JSAs to ensure safe execution.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits and safety inspections to ensure risk controls are in place and effective.</li>

<li>Provide onboarding as required and job-specific training to ensure a competent workforce and safe work practices</li>
<li>Coordinate with Contractor Emergency Response Team to ensure the effective implementation of Contractor's Emergency Response Plans</li>
<li>Coordinate security risk assessments and implement effective security controls at all project locations.</li>
<li>Investigate incidents and near misses to identify causes, implement corrective actions, and improve safety performance</li>
<li>Participate in lessons learned activities to share knowledge and continuously improve safety performance.</li>
<li>Participate in SHES Steering Committee meetings to review performance and drive safety improvements.</li>

<li>8 years' experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry.</li>
<li>Broad experience in execution of major projects and in the Brownfield of Onshore/Offshore production facilities.</li>
<li>Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.</li>
<li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage development and implementation of Projects Managements Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry.</li>
<li>Requires strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.</li>
