Role Objective <br>The incumbent will support the Manager General Underwriting in achieving the assigned premium/service targets in terms of renewal/new businesses of corporate & retail clients. Represent Qatar Stock Exchange at industry events, roadshows, and investor forums while collaborating with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure governance and regulatory compliance. Monitor market trends, benchmark issuer practices, and provide strategic recommendations to improve investor relations standards across the market.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, listed companies, investment banking, or a related capital markets environment. Proven experience building or leading teams and developing new functions or capabilities. Strong expertise in corporate disclosure, governance, investor relations, and capital markets regulations. Demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level training, education, and stakeholder engagement programs. Established relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and senior corporate executives. Experience within a stock exchange, listed company, investment bank, or investor relations advisory firm is highly desirable. Experience in GCC/MENA capital markets and knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks is an advantage.

Process transactions including account opening and management, remittances and inquiries, loan issuance and repayment, treasury back-office operations, and trade finance transactions (L/G, L/C, Funded Risk Participation), etc. Input the transactions into the system and submit them to the Head/Deputy Head of the Banking Department for checking and authorization.
2. Strictly follow the requirements of the AML/CFT Manual and Compliance Manual. Carry out AML checks during transaction processing and implement the Bank's AML policy. Report any suspicious transactions to the Head of the Banking Department.
3. Assist in updating the regulations and internal protocols related to the Bank's commercial banking services.
4. Complete the reconciliation of customers' bank accounts on a monthly basis and the Bank's Nostro accounts on a daily basis. Record transactions daily and file the processed transaction vouchers on a regular basis.
5. Communicate with counterparts at correspondent/respondent banks using effective communication skills, and process payments in all currencies.
6. Prepare transaction reports for Senior Management, Head Office, regulatory authorities, and external auditors. Analyze operational data and submit it to the Head of the Banking Department for review.
