Preferably having formal training in QA/QC functional aspects<br><br>EXPERIENCE <br><br>Candidate shall be a safety leader. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years overall experience in piping erection (UG & AG), pressure testing, mechanical completion and construction of oil and gas facilities. Experience as an EPIC Contractor supervisor is essential. Experience as a Client or PMC supervisor is preferred. Current experience in State of Qatar industrial cities and/or other GCC countries is required. Piping inspection and rotating equipment experience is an advantage, and inspection coordination experience in the. Extensive knowledge of international and industry specific piping codes and standards, including ASME, ANSI B31.3 & B31.1, SHELL DEP’s, etc. Piping, Welding / NDT inspector certificates (AWS / ASNT / CSWIP / API) would be an advantage. Extensiveexperience in pipe coating systems and procedures, including painting, galvanizing, wrapping, insulation, etc. BGAS certification would be an advantage. Reporting to the Discipline Construction Lead/Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement. Assist functional supervisor in review and / or approval of Construction documentation, including Method Statements, JHAs, MARs etc., and attend HSE Walkthroughs. Supervise all EPIC contractors piping (Process and Utility piping system with various material pipe classes for above ground & underground piped services) installation activities are based on approved the engineering documentation and project schedule during the execution of construction activities Attend Requests For Inspections (RFIs) as per approved ITPs, including Material Receiving Inspections in coordination with Reconstruction Supervisor, and sign off relevant inspection and test reports / RFIs. Ensuring the quality of manufacturing and erection works, dimensional accuracy and orientation, accessory and inline items installed in the correct orientation and material design specification. Lead the EPIC construction contractor(s) on all mechanical aspects of the piping works. Supervise with EPIC contractor during execution of the piping installation, line check, punch clearing, hydrotest and re-instatement at site. Manage and lead final mechanical completion inspections and punch closing. Supervise the Pre-Com activities to ensure safety and the quality of the completed work. Undertake technical integrity and HSE reviews/audits Participate in process safety management Participate in PSSR and provide support to Operations pre & start up activity where instructed. Carryout daily checks on contractor’s staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications. <p><h4>Essential functions</h4> <p><strong>40% Sales and marketing</strong><br> Manage pre-opening critical path and preopening market plan.<br> Participate in ownership meetings/presentations.<br> Coordinate communications for property with brand management.</p> <p><strong>20% Revenue management</strong><br> Provide strategic revenue management plans within the hotel to include rate development, establishment of group thresholds, space utilization policy, deployment strategies through the review of competitive data, demand analysis and market mix management.<br> Oversee and maximize revenue contribution from major distribution channels (HRW, CRO, GDS, Internet).<br> Ensure effective utilization of Profit Pack and other utilized selective selling guidelines to maximize revenue contribution from all segments.<br> Provide oversight for the catering sales strategies.</p> <p><strong>20% Human resources</strong><br> Oversee the management, training and career development of sales staff.<br> Responsible for recruiting and identifying candidates for sales managerial positions.<br> Within the framework of the local competitive marketplace recommend appropriate sales compensation.<br> Active participation in continuing education to ensure further professional development.</p> <p><strong>10%</strong><br> Prepares and submits reports on front office operations, guest feedback, and any incidents.</p> <p><strong>5%</strong><br> Manages the front office cash handling and billing processes accurately.</p> <h4>Other</h4> <p>Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Hilton Worldwide from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.</p> <h4>Notice</h4> <p>Our hotels function seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
