Orders for non-conformance-related costs.</li> <li>Review and approve deviation requests, concession requests, and material selection changes.</li> <li>Track closure of NCRs and verify implementation of corrective actions.</li> </ul> Construction Quality Monitoring <ul> <li>Continuously monitor construction activities to ensure correct interpretation and execution of technical documents.</li> <li>Verify construction works are performed in accordance with approved ITPs and meet quality and safety standards.</li> <li>Ensure timely identification and resolution of quality issues during construction.</li> </ul> Mechanical Completion Oversight <ul> <li>Lead the mechanical completion process, ensuring systems and components are installed, tested, and documented per contract requirements.</li> <li>Oversee punch list generation, classification (A/B/C), and closure in coordination with EPCC Contractor and COMPANY teams.</li> <li>Ensure readiness for pre-commissioning and commissioning by verifying completion of quality related deliverables.</li> </ul> Site & Equipment Preservation <ul> <li>Ensure proper preservation of equipment, spare parts, and tools at site per EPCC Contract and manufacturer recommendations.</li> <li>Monitor environmental conditions, storage practices, and handling procedures.</li> <li>Coordinate inspection of equipment upon arrival and during storage, ensuring compliance with preservation protocols.</li> </ul> Inspection Test Plan (ITP) & RFI Management <ul> <li>Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved As a Bot Developer, you'll design, build, and refine messaging bots for one or more messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms — for use cases such as customer service, appointment booking, order taking, content delivery, moderation, and automated notifications. Key Responsibilities Build bots for one or more messaging platforms, such as WhatsApp (Business API / Cloud API), Telegram (Bot API), Discord, Slack and similar messaging platforms. Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling. Integrate bots with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) for natural language responses where appropriate. Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs (booking systems, payment, content sources). Handle webhooks, rate limits, and platform-specific message formats (interactive messages, buttons, media, templates). Review, debug, optimize, and refactor bot implementations to improve correctness, reliability, maintainability, and graceful error handling. Implement logging, monitoring, and recovery so bots stay healthy in production. Requirements and benefits Educational qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience (required). Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields is a plus. Academic and/or Professional Experience Candidates should have a strong foundation in bot development, messaging platform integrations, and building reliable conversational workflows. We are looking for specialists who can design and maintain production-ready bots, work confidently with APIs, webhooks, and backend services, and build stable, user-friendly bot experiences. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Technical Skills (Essential) At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for at least one major messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, or similar) is required Strong command of Python or Node. js for backend bot logic. Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and async request handling. Experience with relational or NoSQL databases for storing conversation state and user data. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Hygienist Specialist to provide technical industrial hygiene and occupational health support during major Oil & Gas projects, including EPC, commissioning and start-up activities. The role will focus on identifying, assessing and controlling workplace health hazards and ensuring effective occupational health protection throughout project start-up and handover to the operations team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Health Sciences, or a related discipline. Senior Corrosion Engineer - QATAR Part A: Job Specification Job Purpose Provides broad technical expertise in corrosion engineering ensuring facilities are efficiently monitored and controlled to meet the Company’s production objectives in a cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest level of integrity, safety, and environmental compliance. Conducts corrosion monitoring and prevention activities and corrosion investigation. Includes monitoring Integrity Operating Windows affecting corrosion and equipment life and advising Operational suitability. Develop SOW and Participate in review of the test reports for technical evaluation of Corrosion related Contracts like Chemical selection for corrosion prevention in pipelines and process plants. Develops painting/coating requirements for pipelines, structures, equipment and tanks and gives recommendations to supervisor about selection of systems and procedures for proper quality control. Inspects paint condition and works with inspectors to conduct quality control checks for painting jobs. Provide direct and indirect advice in the field of corrosion engineering to multiple parties or interfacing with or acting as the technical representative with outside organizations (i.e., shareholders, vendors, other corrosion consultants). Develop new and maintain existing corrosion and integrity related procedures, processes, standards, and best practices as needed in order to maintain compliance with regulatory standards or improve the effectiveness and efficiency of corrosion mitigation. Assess regional corrosion control programs to determine company wide consistency to policies, practices and procedures. Develop, implement, and steward corrosion engineering programs for company facilities including offshore platforms, pipelines, onshore process facilities, condensate refinery, storage facilities, export and loading facilities and ensure that company utilizes cost effective corrosion control and monitoring equipment. Review/analyse corrosion engineering reports, test results, failure investigations etc. and provide recommendations for corrective measures or actions to restore equipment functionality, improve equipment performance, or to extend its operating life. Perform the Risk analysis for Corrosion related assessments. Drive strategic technical innovation and provide expertise and guidance in area of corrosion control and mitigation methods including chemical treatment, cathodic protection, metallic and non-metallic material selection, protective coatings and linings, corrosive process conditions, etc. Raise PMCRs for Corrosion Studies, or Cathodic Protection and Coatings & Lining changes. Part B: Person Specification – Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Metallurgical, Materials). Knowledge and/or Experience 6 years’ experience in corrosion control and mitigation within the oil/gas production industry. Skilled and Competent in chemical inhibition, corrosion monitoring, material selection, degradation mechanisms, and failure analysis for sour service and utilities facilities, protective coatings, corrosion monitoring, chemical inhibition and cathodic protection. Experience in corrosion systems and in plant facilities with sour feed gas and plant exposure to a marine climate, including Utilities. Working knowledge of national and local codes, International Codes and Standards, statutory regulations, NDT and inspection techniques.
