Role Summary

An experienced Contracts Administrator to support our Estimation/Commercial and project teams in managing contract documentation, variations, claims, and compliance with contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Prepare and manage contractual correspondences, notices, variations, and claims.
  • Maintain contract registers, documentation, bonds, insurances, and guarantees.
  • preparation of contract agreements.
  • Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, QS, Planning, and Project Teams to assess cost/time impacts.
  • Track and report variations


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 5–10 years experience in construction/contracting within Qatar.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC, Qatar Contract Law, and local procurement norms.
  • Expereince with main contractors in Qatar and on mega projects
  • Experience in preparing variations, claims, and formal contract letters.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Valid Qatar ID preferred
