Role Summary
An experienced Contracts Administrator to support our Estimation/Commercial and project teams in managing contract documentation, variations, claims, and compliance with contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Prepare and manage contractual correspondences, notices, variations, and claims.
- Maintain contract registers, documentation, bonds, insurances, and guarantees.
- preparation of contract agreements.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, QS, Planning, and Project Teams to assess cost/time impacts.
- Track and report variations
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 5–10 years experience in construction/contracting within Qatar.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC, Qatar Contract Law, and local procurement norms.
- Expereince with main contractors in Qatar and on mega projects
- Experience in preparing variations, claims, and formal contract letters.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Valid Qatar ID preferred
