Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers for switchgear products (e.g., industrial plants, commercial buildings, utility companies, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
2. Technical Consultation:
- Provide technical expertise on the selection and application of switchgear solutions, including low, medium, and high-voltage equipment.
- Assist customers in understanding product specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical trainings for customers.
3. Project Management:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the correct switchgear products are specified for customer projects.
- Support project development from the initial design phase through to delivery and installation.
- Manage customer inquiries, including technical questions, pricing, lead times, and after-sales service.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings in the switchgear industry.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and market demand.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer communications, and project details in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in switchgear or electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Qatar experience in sales of electrical products, especially switchgear.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
