We are start-up company in Qatar with small team. We will be operating in the retail industry through an online store. We are looking to hire a Secretary, to contribute to the company's success.
Your main responsibility is to support Executives in their day to day duties and activities, by providing support and administrative assistance.
· Assist Executive in organising Agenda, following up pending matters, identifying area of priority and maintaining confidentiality.
· Work with Executive in preparing presentation and business meeting documentation.
· Act as the main point of contact for all meetings, engagements and requests.
· Organise internal and external meeting
· Responsible for all digital and hard copy documentation, filing and databases
· Responsible for managing Executive calendar
· Organising all travel planning and itinerary
· Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
· Providing administrative support as requested
· Educated to degree level with at least 3 years experience in a similar position
· Highly organised and methodical
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Integrity and professionalism
· Proficiency in MS office
· Familiarity with office organisation and optimization techniques
· Reporting skills
· Preferred multilingual (Arabic and English)
· Preferred experience in Qatar
