Responsibilities Create and modify 3D models for prototyping and production Prepare 3D models for printing, including slicing and print setup Operate and monitor 3D printers Perform printer calibration, setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance Troubleshoot failed prints and improve print quality Perform basic post-processing and finishing of printed components Assist with rapid prototyping and product development

Required Qualifications Experience with 3D modeling / CAD software Experience operating 3D printers Understanding of slicing software Good understanding of 3D printing materials and manufacturing processes Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and printing-related issues Comfortable working with tools, machines, and physical prototypes Ability to work independently and manage multiple print jobs Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, Rhino, or similar software Experience with FDM/FFF 3D printing Knowledge of product design, mechanical components, or engineering drawings Experience with prototyping, assembly, or small-scale manufacturing Portfolio or examples of previous 3D modeling and 3D printing work
