The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• The Food & Beverage Server position assists in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays

Desired Candidate Profile

An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine

Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred

Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage
