Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
Ensure team achieves monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Review team performance through CRM implementation, field visits, KPI monitoring, and sales reporting.
Monitor Medical Representatives' productivity including call averages, coverage frequency, customer engagement, and product detailing activities through CRM.
Ensure team maintains strong product knowledge, compliance standards, business ethics, and professional conduct.
Identify training needs and implement development plan to strengthen team competency and performance.
Ensure timely submission of reports, forecasts, and market intelligence by the sales team.
Customer Development & Compliance
Drive strategic partnerships with government institutions, private hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, and other healthcare stakeholders to maximize market penetration and business growth.
Identify key customers and develop business opportunities to achieve sales and growth objectives.
Ensure all customer engagement activities comply with company SOPs, local regulations, and ethical compliance standards.
Develop quarterly account plans, customer segmentation strategies, and engagement plans for key accounts.
Business Performance
Drive achievement of sales, market share, profitability, and business growth objectives across the assigned portfolio.
Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, and sales target setting activities.
Ensure effective territory management and optimal utilization of sales resources.
Track, monitor, and manage KPIs through CRM systems to evaluate business effectiveness and team performance.
Prepare periodic business reviews and present performance updates to senior management.
Team Management & Leadership
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 9 years pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 4-5 years in a team leadership role within Qatar.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the QATAR healthcare landscape, including government institutions, private hospitals, pharmacy chains, and tender business.
Experience in leading and developing Medical Representatives

Have a scientific background combined with strong marketing and business acumen.
Be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic pharmaceutical market.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams.
Be well-versed in contracts, regulatory submissions, and approval processes relevant to Qatar.
Exhibit strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and optimize brand performance.
Have a high degree of integrity and compliance awareness in line with Qatari laws and MOPH regulations.
Preferably have experience in the Gulf region or familiarity with GCC pharmaceutical markets.
