Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate travel logistics for employees, Guests - including flights, accommodation, and transportation
Ensure all travel documentation (visas, work permits, passports) is valid and compliant as per traveling country regulations
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and internal stakeholders to secure cost-effective and timely bookings
Handle emergency and last-minute travel changes, including flight disruptions and urgent mobilizations
Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and cost tracking
Ensure adherence to company travel policies and client-specific requirements
Support mobilization and demobilization processes for employees and remote site personnel
Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, preferably within oil & gas or a similar industry
Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel changes
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
