Roles & Responsibilities


  • Coordinate travel logistics for employees, Guests - including flights, accommodation, and transportation

  • Ensure all travel documentation (visas, work permits, passports) is valid and compliant as per traveling country regulations

  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and internal stakeholders to secure cost-effective and timely bookings

  • Handle emergency and last-minute travel changes, including flight disruptions and urgent mobilizations

  • Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and cost tracking

  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies and client-specific requirements

  • Support mobilization and demobilization processes for employees and remote site personnel

  • Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, preferably within oil & gas or a similar industry

  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel changes

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
