Roles & Responsibilities
Description:
- Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration.
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and operational growth.
- Oversee manpower planning and recruitment for farm operations, production, logistics, and support functions.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Lead performance management processes including appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning.
- Build employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Manage and develop the HR team while supporting department managers on all people-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning for management review.
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven experience managing blue-collar and multinational workforces. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English. Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
- Location: Qatar. Candidates currently based inside Qatar are preferred. Visa can be provided for qualified Jordanian candidates.
- Availability: Immediate or within 30 days preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Working Schedule: 5 Days per week
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Mandatory experience within poultry production, agriculture, food manufacturing, FMCG manufacturing, or other labor-intensive industrial environments is highly preferred.
