Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the courier and logistics sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

  • Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable courier solutions.

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.

  • Support in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.

  • Fleet management supervision

  • Store management

  • Customs clearance coordination

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or freight forwarding.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good knowledge of the courier and logistics market.

  • Valid driving license required
