Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the courier and logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable courier solutions.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
Support in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.
Fleet management supervision
Store management
Customs clearance coordination
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of the courier and logistics market.
Valid driving license required
