Roles & Responsibilities

  • Authorize and issue official communications and formal replies in strict alignment with established contractual terms.

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of contract agreements to pinpoint and evaluate potential liabilities or commercial risks.

  • Formulate detailed responses to queries and compile necessary evidence to support the project’s contractual position.

  • Direct the entire subcontracting process, spanning from the initial issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) through to the final closure of accounts.

  • Provide ongoing administrative oversight to ensure all subcontractual obligations are met throughout the project duration.

  • Serve as the central liaison for contractual affairs, facilitating smooth communication between the Client, internal departments, and external partners.

  • Supervise the assessment of subcontractor progress claims, ensuring that interim payments are validated against precise quantity surveys and site measurements.

  • Maintain rigorous control over subcontractor variations to safeguard the project budget and prevent unauthorized cost escalations.

  • Function as the lead commercial representative for site operations, managing relationships and negotiations with vendors and trade partners.

  • Utilize the S-PMIS system to organize and manage critical commercial datasets and financial records.

  • Ensure all subcontract correspondence, field instructions, and commercial logs are meticulously archived and updated within the project management software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC project contract administration.
