Roles & Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Operations Center. Works in close coordination with the Program / Department Managers and appropriate external agencies to create a continuous flow of information to facilitate performance of company-specific objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the development and sustainment of procedures and methods because of data analysis, observed trends, and input from Senior Program Staff.
- Monitors the coordination and synchronization of key performance and management indicators.
- Tracks progress and validates on time completion of various mission requirements.
- Responsible for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities.
- Interacts with the military and other Vectrus departments, both over the telephone and in person, in a professional and tactful manner.
- Maintains and controls files for applicable correspondence, policies/procedures, directives, and bulletins.
- Tracks and maintains information with Program Directorates to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly slides, spreadsheets, and reports are maintained and produced in a timely manner while focusing on quality.
- Provides supervision and oversight for the Operations Center.
- Evaluate and present operational reports orally and written.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- Associates or bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must possess a home country driver s license and able to obtain a Qatar Driver s License
- Experience
- Must have at least five (5) years' operations management experience evaluating operations and business functions and recommending improvements, modification, and changes.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Material & Equipment Directly Used
- Personal Protective Equipment, office automation equipment to include desktop computer, printers, digital fax machine, shredder, plotter. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

- Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
- Visual Acuity
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
