Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Hiring employees, preparing contracts, and managing joining formalities

  2. Handling salaries, leave, attendance, benefits, and employee records

  3. Ensuring adherence to Qatar Labour Law and coordinating visa, QID, and legal processes.

  4. Maintaining HR/admin records, preparing reports, and ensuring proper filing

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in Qatar/GCC

  3. Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and government procedures (QID, visa processing, etc.)

  4. Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and office administration

  5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP systems

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
