Trust Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and WPS requirements
  • Maintain payroll records, reports, and employee data
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on payroll matters
  • Manage leave balances, overtime calculations, and end-of-service benefits

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar payroll regulations and WPS
  • Good knowledge of HRIS systems such as MenaItech
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
