Representing the Bank to senior officials in the Ministries of Labor/Immigration.
Troubleshooting with Labor/Immigration departments, especially in areas where the normal course of action may not be successful.
Obtaining labor approval for visas.
Keeping abreast of changes in Ministry of Labor and Immigration rules and procedures, advising the bank on implications, and educating the team promptly.
Ensuring excellent relationships are maintained at the highest levels of the Ministry of Labor.
Building relationships with key officials at the MOL/Immigration department to resolve complex issues effectively.
Interacting with the Administration team and resigned staff for cancellation processes and smooth exits from the country.
Managing the exit permit process.
Taking necessary actions regarding absconding cases as per the rules and regulations in Qatar.
Submit case release request to the Public Prosecution Dept.
Follow up on submission of requests to the Public Prosecution.
Prepare and submit all required documents to the relevant MOI Depts.
Follow up on cheques and collect them from Courts and Public Prosecution.
Visit requires authorities to collect official documents related to the bank’s cases.
Maintain organized records of all submission, receipts, and correspondence with government authorities.
Ensure all activities are completed within the prescribed timeline and in line with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit MOJ applications (Assignment of proceeds- Release/assign mortgage)
Visit MOJ along with the customer to get the transactions executed.
Attend and close all matters related to MOJ.
Attend and close all matters related to Edaa (Mortgage/release shares/profit).
