Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Prepare production schedules, monitor progress, and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to meet production targets and standards.
Identify production issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production engineering within industrial, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and reporting.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
