Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including receiving and addressing complaints, conducting investigations, and responding to inquiries.
  • Review personal data management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Assess data privacy risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate requests for processing sensitive data and escalate them to the manager for approval.
  • Implement procedures related to complaints and investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements

Education:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications:


  • Data protection certifications preferred, such as Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or equivalent.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Language
Proficiency:


  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
  • Familiarity with cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of laws, policies, procedures, and governance related to data protection and privacy.

  • Technical expertise in computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
