Job Summary:



Responsible for managing and overseeing soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and support services to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.



  • Manage day-to-day soft services operations across assigned sites
  • Ensure service delivery meets contract, SLA, and KPI requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Supervise staff deployment, attendance, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and local regulations
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and improvement plans


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in soft services or facilities management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
