Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and overseeing soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and support services to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day soft services operations across assigned sites
- Ensure service delivery meets contract, SLA, and KPI requirements
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Supervise staff deployment, attendance, and performance
- Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and local regulations
- Prepare reports, budgets, and improvement plans
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in soft services or facilities management
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
