Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the HR Director in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the director's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the HR Director.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the HR Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain a filing system for HR documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the HR Director.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within HR.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
